Sr. User Experience Designer
We're looking for someone to lead the User Experience efforts of client engagements; someone who asks the right questions, explores exciting ways to solve challenges, takes great pride in their work, and likes to have fun along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a deep understanding of background material for each project: the clients industry space, competitive analysis, existing interaction models
Assess business requirements, project needs, and user goals for client engagements and help develop the UX strategy and approach
Develop personas, use cases, and storyboards
Create site maps, flow diagrams, navigation structures
Design wireframes, annotated screen mockups, and other best-practice UCD deliverables
Facilitate design reviews, both internal and with the client
Coach and guide junior staff when needed
Advocate for the users needs and educate clients on best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience practicing in the field of User Experience, Information Architecture, Interaction Design
Awareness that business goals and customer needs are the main drivers for all decisions
Experience working with clients of all sizes, especially big ones
Self-motivated, organized and can handle unstructured situations
Strong interpersonal communications skills
You like large, dynamic projects as well as small focused projects
You like having lots of details to consider and juggle
Youve got experience not just doing Information Architecture and User Experience Design, but also with leading the team in developing a UX strategy and point of view
You are up to date with the current best practices and trends of Interaction Design, User Experience, and Information Architecture
Experience working collaboratively with other Designers, clients, Product Managers, Content Strategists, and Prototype Developers
You like bringing diverse people together and helping them solve problems together, understanding that managing relationships throughout a project is critical to the projects success
Financial Industry experience is a plus

Content Strategist
We're looking for a Content Strategist who will lead the content portions of client engagements. We're looking for someone who asks the right questions, explores exciting ways to solve content challenges, takes great pride in their work, and likes to have fun along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess business requirements, user goals, and content needs
Develop a content strategy
Conduct content audits and inventories
Write and revise content
Facilitate content reviews
Create editorial guidelines and governance models
Advocate for the users needs and educate clients on best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 4 years of experience creating interactive content and developing strategy
Awareness that the client's business goals and customer needs are the main drivers for all decisions
Experience working with clients of all sizes
Self-motivated, organized, and functions fine without externally imposed structure
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Strong oral communication and presentation skills
Loves working collaboratively with Content Writers, Designers, Product Managers, and Prototype Developers
Financial Industry experience is a plus
