With over 150 billion app sessions per month, Flurry Analytics (now part of Yahoo!) is the industry-leading power set of tools to analyze big data for mobile apps. Flurry’s platform grew into a fragmented system that was difficult to use. We untangled the existing product and redesigned an intuitive and comprehensive platform that dramatically improved the experience.

Concept Exploration

Tested early assumptions and rapidly iterated designs to create a testable proof-of-concept that supports use cases across a wide range of scenario's, user types, and company sizes.

Reaching a Broader Audience

In 12 weeks, with 80 hours of discovery, and through 176 wireframes we outlined a robust framework that mapped more to users real behavior than to internal product groupings. By digging deep, we streamlined complex tasks that previously were fragmented across multiple parts of the portal.
