We’re a high-end, crafty, fun agency based in San Francisco. The “human” of human-centered isn’t just about the users. It’s also team dynamics and relationship building in the design process (partnering, understanding, advocating, facilitating, and educating). You’ll support and be supported by everyone on the team.
The day-to-day includes
• Managing reception duties including taking incoming calls and handling deliveries
• Warmly welcoming visitors and clients
• Maintaining, organizing, and purchasing office supplies and snacks
• Ensuring office space is fully operational and everything’s running smoothly
• Working closely with the team to support project needs including travel arrangements, material preparation, workshop set-up, etc.
• Supporting technology problem solving (including using our outside tech-support vendor)
• Supporting the CEO (roughly 20% of this role)
